Entry Level Dental Assistant - Training Provided

About the role

Join the dental field as a Dental Assistant with no experience required—training is provided. This role supports clinical teams by assisting during procedures, preparing and cleaning treatment rooms, taking X-rays, recording patient information, sterilizing tools, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will also support front-desk tasks such as patient check-in and scheduling, and share post-treatment care tips with patients while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical teams during dental procedures
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms
• Take X-rays
• Record patient information
• Sterilize dental tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support front-desk tasks (check-in, scheduling)
• Provide patients with post-treatment care tips
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and eagerness to learn
• Background check required
• Valid driver’s license
• Work authorization in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dental assisting certification
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
