Responsibilities

• Enter information from approved source documents into the assigned system.
• Review completed records for required fields, duplicates, and basic formatting.
• Maintain organized digital files and update progress in the designated tracker.
• Raise questions when information is missing, unclear, or inconsistent.
• Complete assignments according to documented quality and confidentiality standards.
• Support routine record cleanup and reconciliation activities.
