Entry Level Data Center Technician

Start Your Career in the Data Center Industry We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals for an Entry-Level Data Center Technician position. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with construction, trade, military, warehouse, manufacturing, or other physically demanding work experience who are looking to build a career in the rapidly growing data center industry. No prior data center experience is required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training while supporting infrastructure installation projects in a large-scale data center environment. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgeville, SC. This position is anticipated to close on Oct 6, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Pull, route, and organize fiber and copper cabling throughout the data center
- Assist with cable installation and pathway management
- Assemble, stack, mount, and secure equipment racks
- Scan, label, and document network equipment
- Support rack-and-stack activities and infrastructure deployments
- Work on ladders and lifts to complete installation tasks
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all site safety requirements and procedures

- Experience working in physically demanding environments, including but not limited to: Construction, Skilled trades, Military, Manufacturing, Warehouse
