Basic Overview of Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the below function.
- Manage the customers experience and work to ensure a happy and positive review
- Process ISF (Import Security Filing) entries
- Assemble entry packets for submission to Customs and approve applicable documentation
- Customs clearance of air, ocean, road, and rail shipments
- Process all entries via ABI in a compliant manner so that all CBP and other government agency requirements are fulfilled
- OGA processing
- Obtain Freight Release
- Facilitation and management of duty payments and ACH account
- Classification of goods and rating of commercial invoices
- Interface with U.S. Customs and any other government agencies
- Ensure compliance with Clutch Global Logistics, Inc. internal policies and procedures
- Recommend solutions to drive efficiencies and foster continuous growth
- Manage deliveries of LCL and air freight from US port/airport to customer door as needed
