Entry Level Customer Training Specialist – Traveling

Reynolds and Reynolds Training Department connects customers to our software by ensuring a smooth conversion and providing training and support throughout the process.

About the role

• Travel approximately 80% of the time, both individually and with a team, to install and convert software for customers.
• Meet with dealership management to understand their needs, customize the system, and train key personnel on its use.
• When not on-site, support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office.

Training

• Training lasts 2-3 months and includes department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor.
• Classroom instruction covers product training and automotive dealership operations.
• Focus on one area of the software during product training and assist experienced representatives with customer setup and implementation.
• Visit car dealerships to see Reynolds’ solutions in action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
