Entry Level Customer Success Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide high-level customer support to approximately 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined area. Functioning as a consultant, you will ensure customers are using our software to its full potential through both on-site and video conference support. Roughly 80% of your time will be spent on-site, with the remaining 20% via video conference.

Training

This position requires successful completion of an intensive paid training program. Training includes:

• Classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX and Dayton, OH
• Online courses covering in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge
• Mentorship opportunities across the country to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings

During the approximately 6-month training period, you must be able to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight hotel stays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Self-starter with strong time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the month after training (with up to 50% travel during training)
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
