Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients professionally at local events, promotions, and community campaigns
- Learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products, services, and programs you represent
- Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service and create memorable customer experiences
- Answer customer questions accurately and confidently
- Create positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions

- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned during training and throughout employment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or public-facing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to adapt to a variety of customer interactions with patience and professionalism
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
