As a Corporate Recruiter for TQL, you will oversee finding top talent for all non‑sales departments across the organization, own the entire candidate search process, and manage the needs of dedicated hiring managers. Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• 0‑2 years of full‑cycle recruiting or sales experience.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work with the latest technologies.
• Desire to contribute to TQL’s continued growth.
• Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $45,000.
• $20,000 annual bonus target.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
