Entry-Level Compensation Program Manager
About the role
Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage our employee compensation and stock programs. Play a key role in Epic's business operations by managing and optimizing our international compensation programs. Working with stakeholders and executives, you will help identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the compensation and stock processing and support for staff located internationally
- Analyze country-specific considerations
- Assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an eye for process improvement, strong oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work independently, and a knack for simplifying complex topics into something easily understood.
Qualifications
- History of academic and professional success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
