Bizzetta is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic communications team. This position is fully on-site; applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing communication plans and strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Create and edit engaging content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
• Support media relations efforts by maintaining media lists and helping to coordinate press events.
• Manage and update social media platforms to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication software or tools.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication trends.
