Responsibilities
- Field work to document as-built conditions and damage to structural systems
- Establish repair scope recommendations and cause and origin analyses
- Author technical reports
- Evaluate design drawings and documentation
- Travel as needed, on short notice
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- EIT or FE credentials preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of national building and construction codes
- Knowledge of structural engineering concepts, principles, and practices
- Field experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States for any employer
- Good driving record
