Entry Level Civil Engineer- Opened To Grads
About the role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent Civil Engineering graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain experience in land development, grading, drainage, and site design projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of civil engineering designs and construction documents for land development projects.
- Perform basic engineering calculations related to grading, drainage, utilities, and site development.
- Develop and modify plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Review survey data, plans, and project documents to support design activities.
- Assist with permit applications, technical reports, and engineering studies.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and drafters throughout the design process.
- Conduct occasional site visits and field inspections as needed.
- Follow company safety policies and quality standards.
- Support additional project-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- EIT certification or ability to obtain EIT within 12 months.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering is a plus.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
