Entry Level Casino/Hotel Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Perform journeyman to advanced level general maintenance, repairs, and support functions in areas such as general maintenance, plumbing, kitchen & refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical devices.
• Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of needs for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing, and equipment.
• Receive work assignments via HotSOS and complete work orders as directed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards at Hollywood Casino & Hotel.
• Interact effectively across departments including guests, vendors, and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A valid gaming license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of related experience in one of the following maintenance fields: Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment, or course-related training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Good verbal communication skills and basic math skills.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• Knowledge of building management systems is preferred.

• Ability to perform tasks in various work areas such as confined spaces.

Pay

Up to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Shifts available: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm or 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.
