Entry Level Carpet Cleaner

About the role

We're searching for a motivated Carpet Cleaner to join our Mountlake Terrace team and assist in our carpet cleaning department. No experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning services for customers
• Deliver passionate customer service and go above and beyond
• Suggest and upsell additional services
• Use hand tools and perform light labor safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively in a team environment

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and self-drive
• Ability to learn quickly and take pride in work
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing light labor
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Pay

$22.00 – $27.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance pay (typically adding an extra $3.00 – $4.00 per hour).
