Entry-Level Caregiver - Walla Walla- Paid Training

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
• Comfortable or willing to learn Hoyer lifts and gait belts

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using the mobile app
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Able to transport clients in your own reliable vehicle
• Ability to complete state‑required HCA/CNA training as needed (training provided, 120‑day completion window if not already licensed)
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience preferred, but paid training is available
• Paid HCA training offered

• Memory care experience a plus
