We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Fine Print" about recruiters etc? That's legal/EEO? It's about recruiter policy, maybe considered legal boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "What We’re Made Of" maybe not needed? It's about company description; could be part of About the role? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We need to decide which sections to include. We have content: - Intro paragraph: "The Opportunity PAE is looking for an aspiring engineer passionate about the intersection of sustainable design and mechanical systems to join our New York team as an Entry Level Building Performance Specialist. In this role, you won’t just be drafting; you’ll be a key contributor to greenhouse gas analysis, renewable energy systems, and high-performance HVAC design. As a vital member of our project teams, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering simulations and real-world construction. From performing mechanical calculations in TRACE and IES to designing system layouts in Revit, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire project lifecycle, from initial district planning to construction administration." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. - "Who We Are" paragraph: description of PAE. Could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could put company description under About the role as well. - "What You'll Do" list: bullet points (actually sentences separated by line breaks). That's responsibilities. - "What You Bring": list of qualifications/requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering for discipline work, Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) or ability to obtain, Internship experience preferred, Revit/AutoCAD, TRACE, IES, Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, Passionate about results, Organization, Clear communication, Attention to detail, Time management, Microsoft Office Suite. We need to split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. The instruction: Use headings for those categories. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements: education, experience, certifications. Qualifications: maybe similar. Skills: technical and soft skills. We have: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering for discipline work (education). Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) or ability to obtain (certification). Internship experience preferred (experience). Revit/AutoCAD, TRACE, IES (technical skills). Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking (skills). Passionate about results (maybe attribute). Organization, Clear communication, Attention to detail, Time management (soft skills). Microsoft Office Suite (technical skill). We could create sections: - Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) or ability to obtain, Internship experience preferred. - Skills: Revit/AutoCAD, TRACE, IES, Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, Organization, Clear communication, Attention to detail, Time management, Microsoft Office Suite. - Qualifications maybe not needed if we combine. But we could have Qualifications: Passion for sustainable design, interest in greenhouse gas analysis, etc. However not explicit. Better to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to see if there is content for each heading. We have: About the role: yes. Responsibilities: yes (What You'll Do). Requirements: yes (education, certification, experience). Qualifications: maybe not distinct; but we could treat "What You Bring" as qualifications. However we already used Requirements for education/experience; Qualifications could be skills and attributes. But we also have Skills heading. Could combine Qualifications and Skills? The instruction says use those headings if content exists. We could put Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, EIT, Internship experience (maybe overlapping). But better to follow typical pattern: Requirements = education/experience/certifications; Qualifications = maybe not needed; Skills = technical/soft skills. We have content for Skills: Revit/AutoCAD, TRACE, IES, Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, Organization, Clear communication, Attention to detail, Time management, Microsoft Office Suite. We have content for Benefits: yes (list). Pay: yes (salary range, overtime). Schedule: yes (Hybrid work schedule). Also maybe "Paid time off" etc under Benefits. Thus we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not include Qualifications if we don't have distinct content; but we could put some under Requirements. Let's decide to omit Qualifications heading. Now we need to format:

About the role

... combined intro and Who We Are? We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include both the intro paragraph and the "Who We Are" paragraph. Could combine into one

or two

s. Use

for prose. We'll put two paragraphs. Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet from What You'll Do. List items: - Develop an understanding of mechanical system design, modeling and documentation - Develop proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD as design/drafting tools - Provide task-based support building performance analysis, greenhouse gas analysis, renewable energy systems, district planning, engineering distribution, HVAC and plumbing - Develop an understanding of drawings, specifications, building codes, and mechanical industry standards - Complete assigned work with instruction from project team members - Assist with construction administration - Perform mechanical calculations and performance simulations - Design layout of mechanical systems - Perform other duties as assigned Make sure to keep exact phrasing. Then Requirements:

    Requirements

    • ... items: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering for discipline work - Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) or ability to obtain - Internship experience preferred We could also include maybe "Passionate about results"? That's more skill. We'll keep as above. Then Skills:

      Skills

      • ... items: - Revit/AutoCAD - TRACE - IES - Strong analytical skills - Strategic thinking - Organization - Clear communication - Attention to detail - Time management - Microsoft Office Suite Optionally include "Passionate about results" but that's more attribute; we could include but it's not a skill. Might be okay under Skills. But we already have "Passionate about results" in What You Bring list. Let's include it as a skill/attribute. Add: - Passionate about results Now Benefits:

        Benefits

        • ... items: - Employer paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision) - Annual 401k profit sharing based on company profit for the year and account contribution - Professional development reimbursements including state registration and professional association dues - Employer paid commuter/parking stipend - Cell phone stipend - Life insurance and disability benefits - Hybrid work schedule (maybe also under Schedule but we have separate) - Employee Assistance Program - 9 paid holidays including an additional employee-selected day - Paid time off for sick leave, family leave, community service, holidays and vacation Note: Hybrid work schedule appears also under Benefits and Schedule; we might duplicate. Better to put Hybrid work schedule under Schedule section, not Benefits. But Benefits list includes "Hybrid work schedule". We'll keep it under Benefits as per posting, but also have Schedule section maybe just mention "Hybrid work schedule". However we should not duplicate content. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we put Hybrid work schedule only under Benefits, we still preserve it. Then Schedule section could be empty? We must not create a Schedule section unless posting actually states them. The posting does state "Hybrid work schedule" under Benefits. It does not have a separate schedule section besides that. So we could either not have a Schedule section, or we could have Schedule section with that content. But we already have Benefits section that includes it; we could still have Schedule section but would duplicate. Better to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Schedule section and keep Hybrid work schedule under Benefits. However the instruction list includes Schedule as a possible heading; we only include if posting has real specific content for it. It does have hybrid work schedule, but it's already in Benefits. Could still be considered schedule content. But to avoid duplication, we could put it under Schedule and not under Benefits. However Benefits list includes many items; we could move hybrid work schedule to Schedule and keep Benefits without it. That would still preserve all info. Let's do that: Benefits section excludes hybrid work schedule; Schedule section includes hybrid work schedule. Thus Benefits list: - Employer paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision) - Annual 401k profit sharing based on company profit for the year and account contribution - Professional development reimbursements including state registration and professional association dues - Employer paid commuter/parking stipend - Cell phone stipend - Life insurance and disability benefits - Employee Assistance Program - 9 paid holidays including an additional employee-selected day - Paid time off for sick leave, family leave, community service, holidays and vacation Schedule:

          Schedule

          Hybrid work schedule

          Pay:

          Pay

Hiring Base Salary Range: $75,900-$91,600 annual. This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay. The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

We should preserve all that prose. Could be multiple paragraphs but we can keep as one

. Now we need to ensure we removed boilerplate: "What We’re Made Of", "Fine Print", EEO statements, etc. Also remove "To learn more about our comprehensive benefits package, visit https://www.pae-engineers.com/careers/benefits." That's application instruction? It's a link; we should remove as per instruction: remove application instructions. Also remove "This information is provided per the Equal Pay Act" etc. Also remove "Our commitment to pay equity" etc. Also remove "To learn more about pay equity and our commitments to equitable business practices..." etc. Also remove "What We’re Made Of" paragraph. Also remove "Fine Print" etc. Also remove "To learn more about our comprehensive benefits package, visit ..." and "To learn more about pay equity..." etc. Also remove "Our portfolio includes over 100 LEED Platinum projects..." etc (that's under What We’re Made Of). Remove. Also remove "Founded in 1967..." etc. Also remove "Please note that resumes received from third party recruiters..." etc. Also remove "In order to provide equal employment..." etc (EEO). Remove. Now check we kept all substantive info: Intro, Who We Are, What You'll Do, What You Bring (split into Requirements and Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (Hybrid work schedule). Also we kept "Annual 401k profit sharing based on company profit for the year and account contribution" etc. Check we didn't miss any substantive info: In Benefits list we omitted "Hybrid work schedule" (moved to Schedule).
