Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician (Bars)

Entry-level bilingual (Spanish/English) position with 3–4 months of paid, hands-on training in either Orlando, FL or Salt Lake City, UT. Travel expenses (flights, lodging, transportation) are covered during training.
Pay
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour
- After training: $31.25/hour
Schedule
- Overnight shift, Monday–Friday
- Shifts start between 10 PM and 12 AM
- 8.5-hour shifts
- Flexibility required; schedules may change based on lab needs
Responsibilities
- Process at least 4 bars per day
- Collaborate on additional lab duties as required
- Adhere to company values
- Arrive on time; provide 6-hour advance notice for absences
- Review daily schedule and assigned cases to prevent confusion
- Perform quality control on records from Articulations and CAM departments (models, bars, waxes, zirconias)
- Verify design department changes align with doctor’s RX
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish
- Willing to work overnight or daytime shifts as needed
- Professional presentation following Nuvia dress code
- Travel to nearest training center for on-site training
