Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician (Bars)

About the role

Nuvia Dental Implant Center – Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician needed. This position requires 3‑4 months of hands‑on paid training at the lab in Houston, TX. Great competitive pay and benefits, with PTO available within 30 days of employment.

Pay

• Starting pay: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Hired as a Bars Technician; this is an overnight position.
• Shifts typically start between 10 pm and 12 am, Monday‑Friday.
• Each shift is 8.5 hours in duration.
• Process at least 4 bars per day.
• Collaborate on any other duties required by the lab.
• Understand and live the company values.
• Arrive to work at the scheduled time; provide at least 6 hours advance notice if unable to attend.
• Remain flexible with schedule as changes may occur based on lab or office needs.
• Review the schedule and familiarize yourself with assigned cases each day.
• Perform required QC on all records received from Articulations and CAM Department (models, bars, waxes, zirconias).
• Check all changes made by the design department, as requested by the doctor in the RX.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Willing to work overnight or during the day as needed.
• Maintain professional presentation per Nuvia dress code.
• Travel to the nearest center for on‑site training.

Schedule

Overnight shifts, typically starting between 10 pm and 12 am, Monday through Friday; each shift is 8.5 hours long.
