Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician

Starting Pay & Training

Starting pay: $20.00/hour. After 3–4 months of paid hands-on training, pay increases to $32.00/hour. Training takes place at the lab in Salt Lake City, UT or Orlando, FL. Travel expenses (flights, lodging, transportation) may be covered at the company’s discretion.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned processes to create patients’ smiles within 24 hours
• Finish work on or before the assigned deadline
• Manage time efficiently and prioritize cases as needed
• Maintain strong communication with the Central Manager, Assistant Manager, Design, CAM departments, and the rest of the lab team
• Assist with light lifting (e.g., chairs, desks, boxes)

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Willing to work overnight or day shifts as needed
• Professional presentation, adhering to Nuvia dress code
• Must travel to the closest center for on-site training

Schedule

Shifts start between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday. All shifts are 8.5 hours in duration.
