Entry Level Automotive Technician - Richmond, VA

About the Role

As an Entry Level Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear’s Auto Service centers. You will be trained to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding guest service. No prior experience is required; all necessary skills will be taught.

Responsibilities

• Mount and balance tires, perform tire repairs, and replace filters.
• Conduct oil changes and other preventative maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and safety.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Skills You Will Learn

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous automotive preventative‑maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
