About the Role

As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands-on experience by learning to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Experience isn’t required—you will be trained in all necessary skills. You’ll learn to:

• Mount and balance tires, perform tire repairs, and conduct oil changes
• Replace filters and complete other preventative maintenance tasks
• Train with mid- and senior-level technicians to expand your automotive service skills
• Demonstrate excellent guest service through clear communication and feedback about vehicles
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the rapidly changing automotive industry
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training

Schedule

Depending on location, stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
