Entry-Level Automotive Parts Associate - 2nd Shift

About the role

We’re hiring for entry-level parts roles at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. As a Parts Associate you’ll order parts, identify and record parts needed, and maintain an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts for vehicles. You’ll work with state‑of‑the‑art tools in our high‑tech Inspection Centers and receive training to grow your skills and pay with the company.

Requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 lb independently
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Pay

Starting pay for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

Schedule

• First shift: Mon‑Fri 7am‑3:30pm
• Second shift: Mon‑Thurs 4pm‑2:30am
• Mandatory overtime may be required based on business need
