As an Interior Repair Technician, you’ll help maintain this high standard while building a rewarding career with paid training and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs
• Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors
• Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like‑new condition
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds
• Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay

Starting compensation is $21.00 per hour. Training is paid at the hourly rate, then transitions to a phased combo of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base. Commission‑based uncapped earning potential offers long‑term earnings of $60,000‑$110,000+.
