Entry Level Assurance Associate (Reno, NV)
We are looking for full-time, in-person Entry Level Assurance Associates in our Reno, NV office for the following start timeframes: Spring 2027 and Fall 2027.

This role requires 20-40 percent travel to client locations. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Attend client engagement meetings to determine timelines and goals of an audit.
- Research business trends within an industry to professionally represent a company and apply this knowledge to the client's solutions, potentially developing new or additional business for the Firm.
- Prepare accounting-related reports through a paperless environment.
- Provide financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork in an effort to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Attend technical training on Knowledge Coach (auditing software).
- In-charge engagements and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Working towards obtaining your CPA license.
- Inquisitive and enjoy learning about various client business processes.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.
- Hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
