Entry-Level Account Manager

About the role

We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team in a retail-based, customer-facing environment. This position is designed for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and excited to develop a long-term career in business.

Responsibilities

• Represent client products and services in a retail setting
• Engage with customers face-to-face to provide product guidance and support
• Build relationships and deliver a positive customer experience
• Learn and apply sales and marketing strategies through hands-on training
• Track performance and work toward individual and team goals
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development
• Take on additional responsibilities as you progress into leadership roles

Requirements

• Recent graduates or individuals early in their careers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work full-time and commute to our office location
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
