Entry Door Technician

About the role

We are hiring Entry Door Technicians to service a variety of entry doors and door hardware in Austin, TX and surrounding areas. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot, work without supervision, and maintain great attention to detail. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required. Candidates with experience in construction, general labor, service technician roles, installation, carpentry, mechanics, assembly, or any skilled trade may find this opportunity a great fit for their career.

Responsibilities

• Service all products, including doors and dock equipment, cleanly and accurately
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with additional products and services
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork, submitting it in a timely manner
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head
• Commercial door experience and welding experience is a plus but not required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
• Experience in construction, general labor, service technician roles, installation, carpentry, mechanics, assembly, or any skilled trade is helpful
