Entity Management - Senior Manager/ Manager

About the role

The EMT Manager runs front-line delivery of Entity Management within a region — managing a delivery team and workload to meet quality, SLA, and compliance commitments. Reporting to a Regional Product Owner, you are accountable for day-to-day execution: supervising the team, handling client operations, and upholding global standards and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EMT delivery queue and workload to meet volume, quality, and SLA targets.
• Coordinate with outsourced partners where used, against agreed SLAs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of delivery specialists/analysts.
• Uphold global EMT standards, SOPs, and statutory/regulatory compliance in every market served.
• Handle client operational queries and escalations, keeping accounts informed and satisfied.

Key Performance Indicators:

• SLA attainment and quality.
• Team productivity and utilisation.
• Compliance and control outcomes.
• Client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in entity management/corporate secretarial or business-services operations, including team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and entity-compliance processes.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing workload and people.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple markets.
• Exposure to delivery platforms and workflow tools.
