About the role
The Entitlements Manager will oversee the entitlement process for land development, working with various stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal departments, city and county government agencies, and subcontractors to satisfy all entitlement contingencies for assigned communities.
- Ensure all plans and required submittals are processed with the appropriate government body to obtain approvals as required.
- Develop entitlement strategies, submissions, and presentations as necessary.
- Obtain entitlement and permit approvals for projects.
- Manage the entitlement process while maintaining community schedules.
- Prepare project schedules through the permitting process and ensure schedule compliance.
- Cookordinate land surveys, easements, and work with surveyors, engineers, etc. to ensure work is done as required.
- Cookordinate with homeowner's associations to resolve project related issues through community closeout.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from four-year college or university focusing on Business, Urban Planning, Construction, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years' related experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
