Entitlement Specialist

About the role

Oaklawn provides mental health and addiction treatment across Goshen, Elkhart, South Bend, and Mishawaka in Northern Indiana. We offer various therapeutic roles including therapist, counselor, clinician, nurse, psychiatric technician, behavioral health technician, and substance abuse counselor.

Responsibilities

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care - Maintain accurate and confidential records - Participate in staff meetings and training programs

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field - Valid state license/certification in the applicable field (where required) - Experience in mental health or addiction treatment preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

- Strong commitment to providing compassionate and effective care - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
