Pay
Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer them assistance. They are tech-savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintaining entertainment displays throughout the day.
