Responsibilities

• Show energetic, outgoing, and fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Provide outstanding and professional service with a smile to contribute to the venue’s atmosphere.
• Communicate with guests clearly, patiently, and with good humor.
• Attend practices to learn organized choreography for performing in front of venue crowds.
• Dance during open venue hours to encourage guests to join the dance floor.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
• Work nights and weekends.
• Stand and dance for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with dancing in public performances preferred.
• Knowledge of musical trends and relevant dances, with comfort dancing in public.
• Must be at least 18 years old; if serving alcohol, must meet state age regulations.
