Entertainment Marketing Producer
Sunday Matinée is a bi-coastal creative agency that helps brands earn fandom. We've built our reputation partnering with some of the biggest streaming platforms, networks, and studios in the business, on everything from 360 brand campaigns to trailers, social, motion design, and key art. Our approach goes beyond entertainment as a category—it's about making work that connects with audiences who genuinely care. We obsess like fans and create like experts. That's not a tagline; it's how we work: strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, moving at the pace this industry demands without cutting corners.
About the role
We're looking for a 360 producer who thrives at the center of creative production—someone who can zoom out to see the big picture, then zoom back in to ensure every detail, spec, and version is covered. You're equal parts producer, project manager, communicator, and problem solver, fluent across design, AV, motion, and social. You keep clients informed, creative teams aligned, and projects moving confidently from kickoff through final delivery. You are a strategic team player who understands the creative services business, social and traditional platforms, and is client- and process-oriented. You don’t wait for direction; you're already thinking three steps ahead. You know how to balance multiple workstreams, communicate with clarity, and bring calm to fast-moving environments. You build trust by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, approaching every new challenge—whether it's a tight deadline or a difficult spec—with curiosity and a willingness to figure it out alongside the team. Most importantly, you care about doing exceptional work and making the process feel seamless for everyone involved.
