Entertainment Farm Manager

Essential Functions

• Ensure that the customer is the #1 priority and that every guest is treated accordingly.
• Manage the first 5 Moments of Magic:
• The parking lot
• The front entrance
• The first 5 steps into your area
• The first employee
• Last impression

Supervises, Motivates, Leads and Directs

• Carries out company policies.
• Assists with hiring and training of employees.
• Supervises and motivates staff.
• Ensures cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service and Safety

• Trains employees in customer service and safety procedures.
• Trains employees in cash handling, POS system, service, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a safe environment for staff and customers.

Other Duties

• Prepares weekly schedules for pick-your-own staff.
• Communicates regularly with office and staff regarding crop status.
• Oversees outdoor displays of merchandise and planters on display.
• Maintains high quality and effective customer service during rush periods.
• Handles customer comments and concerns.
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
