Enterprise Technology Intern - AI and Automation (Fall 2026)

Job Overview

Saronic Technologies seeks an Enterprise Technology Intern to leverage AI and automation in their enterprise software. The intern will collaborate with business system analysts and developers to create AI agents, automations, and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build copilots, automation, and internal tooling to enhance software delivery efficiency across Enterprise Technology
• Accelerate work specification, build, test, document, and ship by helping the team write clear, structured specifications
• Develop reusable agent skills and tools for improved capabilities and scalability
• Connect agents to enterprise tools, data, and actions using the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Identify high-value use cases, prototype agents and copilots, and assist in their daily use
• Ensure AI and automation are safe and reliable by establishing appropriate guardrails

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field
• Strong programming fundamentals and comfort with code
• A genuine interest in agentic AI and some hands-on experience with LLMs
• A working understanding of APIs (REST/JSON) and software integration
• Clear written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Occasional standing and walking within the office
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
• Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports
• Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies
• Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)
