About the role
The Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Lead at Framatome plays a pivotal role in driving innovation that powers millions of homes while advancing sustainable nuclear energy solutions. This position oversees strategic projects, operational excellence, performance monitoring, security & compliance, and global alignment.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate high-impact infrastructure projects spanning information systems, customer service, and cybersecurity.
- Oversee the company’s Help Desk and customer service functions, ensuring rapid and effective resolution for all end-user needs.
- Maintain peak system integrity by monitoring infrastructure performance and proactively identifying areas for optimization.
- Enforce rigorous security standards and procedures during the design and implementation of all IS technologies to protect critical assets.
- Recommend and implement infrastructure upgrades that drive business efficiency and ensure seamless alignment with the worldwide Framatome Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. (Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Systems.
- Proven track record in executive-level IS leadership, with experience managing dynamic and complex organizational structures.
- Deep expertise in managing large-scale, complex networks utilizing Cisco LAN/WAN technologies and advanced firewall security.
- Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including workstation support, help desks, and IS asset management.
- Expert-level knowledge of diverse corporate business functions and the ability to align IT strategy with overall business goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence change across all levels of a global organization.
