Enterprise Systems Integrator I

VTG is looking for an Enterprise Systems Integrator in Chantilly, VA. The Enterprise Systems Integrator I supports integration activities across systems, platforms, and stakeholders, assisting government and program teams with documentation, coordination, and technical analysis under senior supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support integration planning across systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
• Assist with analysis of system interfaces, data flows, and dependencies.
• Support development and maintenance of integration documentation (ICDs, data flow diagrams, integration plans).
• Track integration issues, risks, and action items.
• Participate in technical working groups and integration reviews.
• Support coordination between government stakeholders, contractors, and system owners.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• 1–4 years of experience supporting IT systems or technical programs.
• Basic understanding of system integration concepts and enterprise environments.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience supporting federal, DoD, or IC programs.
• Preferred: Exposure to multi‑system or enterprise environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile or systems engineering lifecycles.

Pay

VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $85,000 – $105,000 annually. The final offer may consider work experience, education, skill level, market considerations, and any contractual requirements, which could cause the offer to fall outside this range.
