What You'll Do

  • Identity & Access Management
    • Administer user identities, roles, and access with least-privilege principles
    • Manage Okta SSO, MFA, integrations, and lifecycle processes (on/offboarding, access reviews)
    • Troubleshoot authentication, directory sync, and access issues; support compliance (NIST, CMMC)
  • Cloud & Endpoint Administration
    • Administer Intune for device enrollment, compliance, configuration, and app deployment
    • Manage Windows, macOS, and mobile environments
    • Support Azure (VMs, storage, backups) and monitor performance, cost, and security
    • Aid with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Systems Administration
    • Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services
    • Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects
    • Oversee patching, backups, monitoring, and system health
    • Perform upgrades, configuration changes, and maintain documentation
  • Endpoint & Remote Management
    • Administer endpoint tools (e.g., NinjaOne) for monitoring, patching, and remote support
    • Develop automation/scripts to improve efficiency
    • Monitor endpoint performance, compliance, and security; troubleshoot device issues
  • Security & Compliance
    • Implement security controls (MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection, encryption)
    • Support vulnerability management, incident response, and audits
    • Ensure alignment with aerospace/government security standards
  • User Support & Operations
    • Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated issues
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
    • Support onboarding/offboarding and participate in on-call rotation

    What You Bring

    • Required Qualifications
      • Hands-on experience with Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)
      • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
      • Experience with Azure infrastructure and Microsoft cloud services
      • Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
      • Experience with identity and access management best practices
      • Experience with endpoint monitoring and management platforms (e.g., NinjaOne or similar)
      • Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud, identity, and endpoint systems
      • Ability to work independently, document processes, and follow change management practices
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
      • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and M365 administration
      • Experience supporting macOS and mobile device environments
      • Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, or automation
      • Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools
      • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., aerospace, defense, or government contracting)
      • Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC Level 2, or similar frameworks
      • Okta Certified Professional or Administrator
      • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
      • CompTIA Security+, Server+, or equivalent
