The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
• Facilitate the relationship between job applicants and employers, and manage the relationship between customers and NEOGOV.
• Automatically collect and process personal data to improve the Services and comply with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with web-based applications and software development.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or software development.
• Experience with data privacy and security protocols.

Skills

• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with SQL databases.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule
