Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

Engineering teams are adopting AI across the development lifecycle and need guidance on how to govern AI-generated code, centralize business logic, and move confidently from pilot to production. We're hiring an Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead those conversations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to engage engineering leaders, architects, developers, product teams, and executive stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
• Understand each customer's technical challenges, demonstrate what's possible with Xano, design scalable solution architectures, and help teams successfully implement solutions that support modern AI development.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, facilitate architecture workshops, build proof-of-concepts, and serve as a trusted technical advisor from evaluation through production deployment.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption and help customers get the greatest value from the platform.
• Build something new by defining how Xano engages enterprise customers by creating repeatable demonstrations, architecture patterns, implementation best practices, and technical enablement that scale with the business.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure customer insights influence the evolution of the platform while helping establish Enterprise Solutions as a strategic function within the company.
