About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our growing revenue team. Reporting to our Manager of Sales Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing on our pipeline generation strategy and driving pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through various channels like cold calling, email, texting, and social selling
- Explore innovative ways to engage with passive leads and reintroduce them into our sales process
- Proactively engage with cold leads and maintain clear and concise communication throughout the lead nurturing process, while partnering with your Account Executive
- Qualify potential leads and ensure they are a great fit for GC AI’s products and services
- Work closely with your team to improve the outbound SDR strategy, sharing ideas that can help shape our overall sales approach
- Continuously learn by collaborating with the sales team, sales leaders, and cross-functional team members
- Go above and beyond delivering your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in software sales; preferably high-growth or AI markets
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals, with a strong commitment to excellence in all endeavors
- Proven ability to set high standards for oneself and consistently meet or surpass expectations in both work-related tasks and personal development initiatives
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills and a determined, persistent approach
- Customer-obsessed sales approach, demonstrating a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each potential customer
- Dedication to building long-term relationships with customers, prioritizing their success over short-term gains
- Curious, lifelong learner mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and showing enthusiasm for applying newly acquired knowledge to improve job performance
Qualifications
- You excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability is key, demonstrating grit, competitiveness, and resilience in the face of challenges
Skills
- Nice to have experience in legal tech or selling to in-house legal teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven software solutions or legal text processing
- Proficiency with sales development tools
- Knowledge of sales methodologies
Benefits
Hybrid: We are hiring for this role to be based out of our Provo, Utah office. Our team works in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Pay
$61,750 - $65,000
