Responsibilities
- Assist the organization in timely handling of losses for the organization.
- Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommend changes in clinics or procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: - Associate degree in healthcare, legal or related field, required - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, legal or related field, preferred
- Certification/Licenses: - License and/or certification in healthcare risk management, preferred - Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
- Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
- Previous Experience: - Minimum two (2) years’ previous healthcare risk management, legal or claims management experience preferred.
