About the Role
Fisher Investments is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Data Management and Reporting Senior Analyst to support all programs across the ERM group. In this role, you will contribute to improvements in oversight and governance, enhancing transparency across the firm through data analysis and risk-focused reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of new program initiatives and drive maturation efforts for existing initiatives.
- Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement changes to improve departmental efficiency.
- Collect and analyze nuanced qualitative and quantitative data to support risk identification and communication.
- Design, create, track, and report risk and production-related metrics for job-related activities.
- Develop and deliver risk-focused reporting to stakeholders at all levels of the company.
- Navigate ambiguous and complex scenarios to deliver risk-related insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for newly created processes and material changes to existing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Five or more years’ experience with data management and visualization.
- Project management and/or risk management experience preferred.
- Experience managing databases and transforming data to support clear and reliable reporting.
