Enterprise Risk Critical Activation Lead

Target · Minneapolis, MN · 3 wk ago
$95k–$171k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Pay, Benefits, About Us (maybe as About the role?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, etc. The posting includes many details. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Job Title: Enterprise Risk Critical Activation Lead Classification: Exempt Date: September 2026" maybe we can keep date? It's metadata; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph with classification and date. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. Pay: we have pay range $95,000 - $171,000 and description. So include Pay section. Benefits: we have health benefits, 401(k), employee discount, etc. So include Benefits. About Us: there is a paragraph about Target values, Legal Affairs team. Could be "About the role" or "About Us". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for the description of team and role context. Or "About Us". Probably "About the role" fits. Responsibilities: list of duties: respond to critical escalations, lead end-to-end response, serve as central coordination point, develop playbooks, navigate ambiguity, build relationships, facilitate situational awareness, lead after-action reviews, partner with teams, support design/execution of exercises. Also "Must be willing to be onsite 3 days per week" maybe schedule? Actually schedule is about onsite days. Could be Schedule section. But we also have Hybrid/Flex description. So we could include Schedule section with onsite 3 days per week and hybrid/flex. Requirements: maybe "Requirements" for mandatory qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years relevant experience, demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional response, experience developing playbooks, ability to build trust, excellent communication, strong analytical skills, established acumen with genAI tools. Qualifications: maybe "Qualifications" for desired requirements: experience in large-scale retail, certifications, experience with platforms, coordinating enterprise-level responses to cyber incidents, familiarity with ERM frameworks. Skills: maybe combine some? But we can keep Skills separate if there is explicit skill list: excellent verbal/written communication, strong analytical/critical thinking, ability to synthesize info, etc. However many of those are already in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could put them under Requirements and Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We can have multiple sections. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting. Let's extract all substantive pieces: - Pay range: $95,000.00 - $171,000.00. Pay based on factors: labor markets, education, work experience, certifications. - Benefits: comprehensive health benefits (medical, vision, dental, life insurance, etc.), 401(k), employee discount, short term disability, long term disability, paid sick leave, paid national holidays, paid vacation.
