Enterprise Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely and effectively with stakeholders to understand and translate reporting requirements.
• Design and deliver enterprise reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Analyze Sales and Margin data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights.
• Present analysis to upper levels of management and ensure solutions align with departmental and organizational goals.
• Maintain data governance processes and system mapping tables to support consistent, reliable reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools, identifying automation opportunities and scalable solutions.
• Stay current with Oracle FDI capabilities, updates, and BI/reporting industry trends.
• Take on additional duties and ad hoc reporting requests as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; 5+ years of experience applying data insights to Sales & Margin analysis.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong client-service-type interpersonal skills; experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI); ability to analyze online sales, retail sales, and manufacturing performance; strong attention to detail; comfortable managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
