About the role

We're seeking an experienced full-time Enterprise Project Manager who can bring people, priorities, and projects together to achieve meaningful results. Do you enjoy leading complex initiatives, collaborating with executive stakeholders, and delivering projects that make a lasting impact? Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of enterprise projects from initial planning through final delivery
  • Define scope, develop timelines, coordinate resources, monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure initiatives stay on track
  • Serve as the key connection point between executive leadership and project teams, providing updates, facilitating decisions, and driving alignment around strategic objectives
  • Use tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Project to build detailed project plans, measure performance, track deliverables, and ensure both internal teams and external vendors remain accountable for achieving results

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and within scope

Preferred qualifications

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
  • Experience in HCM, SaaS, payroll, or enterprise software environments
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with change management principles and how to bring teams along through organizational transitions
  • Exposure to working within a high-growth, fast-scaling technology company
