Primary Responsibilities
- Lead competitive pricing analysis and benchmarking across the Office Print portfolio.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support NPI pricing decisions with competitive intelligence and market insights.
- Partner with Product Management, Finance, CO, and regional teams to deliver data-driven pricing recommendations.
- Manage pricing escalations and ad hoc analysis to support critical business decisions.
- Build and maintain pricing intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting.
- Improve pricing processes and benchmarking methodologies through continuous optimization.

- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience analyzing competitive pricing, market trends, and business performance metrics.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is a plus.
Key Education And Experience
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, competitive intelligence, business analytics, market analysis, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Office Print, business printing, or contractual printing markets is highly desirable.
- Experience building pricing benchmarks, competitive intelligence frameworks, or business analytics solutions is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
