Enterprise Network Systems Administrator
Position Description
The Enterprise Network Systems Administrator works under the direction of a Principal Network Systems Administrator Supervisor who manages and oversees all aspects of work for the Enterprise Network. The ENSA job involves aligning company networks with business goals and objectives, problem-solving, and critical thinking. The ENSA is responsible for overseeing an organization's computer systems or database networks to ensure proper maintenance and security. Duties include updating cyber security measures, installing hardware or software devices, troubleshooting problems, working with other network professionals and IT staff, and communicating networking issues to employees and management.

Experience Required
- Broad knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols
- Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware
- Increasingly responsible Information Technology skills, including Cisco competencies
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last four (4) years in a security monitoring role
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in a Network Systems Administrator or similar role
Education Required
This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

- The candidate needs to be a California resident who lives in the Southern California area.
