Enterprise Microsoft Solution Advisor

Responsibilities
- Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewal & true up process.
- Manage a pipeline of enterprise-level Microsoft sales opportunities.
- Provide pre-sales support to sales reps and customers on Microsoft licensing & cloud solutions.
- Identify new Enterprise Agreement and Azure CSP prospects.
- Deliver Microsoft product roadmap, licensing and financial content to customers.
- Participate in local customer events to deliver Softchoice content.
- Develop and deliver training to Softchoice sales teams on Microsoft products and services.
- Collaborate with Professional Services Architects and Managed Cloud Advisors to increase customer’s cloud consumption.
- Engage with local Softchoice sales teams and Microsoft sales teams to sell jointly into territories and customer accounts.
Requirements
The typical base pay range for this role in Illinois, Texas, Minnesota, Missouri is $80,080 - $100,100 + 30% target incentive. Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.

- Experience developing strategy and tactics to meet business objectives.
- Enterprise-level sales experience.
- A deep understanding of Microsoft products and services.
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience (with Microsoft products and services).
- A master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- Technical depth: hands-on and entry-level technical knowledge of relevant products and solutions.
- Technical sales acumen: experience presenting the value of technology solutions and architectures through customer presentations, design sessions, proofs of concept, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and services, such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Office 365, etc.
- Experience using Microsoft online services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.
- Experience using Salesforce and other sales tools.
