Enterprise IT Change Manager

Senior Enterprise IT Change Specialist to lead and mature IT change management in complex federal environments. Own end-to-end change governance, including intake, impact analysis, approvals, release coordination, and post-implementation review. Key Responsibilities Run and support Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and facilitate change decisioning.Assess and document risk, manage dependencies, and coordinate with engineering, operations, security, and program teams.Ensure changes comply with ITIL practices and applicable federal standards.Conduct post-implementation review to validate outcomes and drive corrective actions.Continuously improve change management processes to enable safer, faster delivery. Qualifications & Skills Strong enterprise-level change management leadership in regulated environments.Expertise in governance, risk assessment, and dependency management.Working knowledge of ITIL-aligned processes and compliance requirements.Excellent cross-functional communication and facilitation skills.
