About the role

The Enterprise Information Architect will manage the lifecycle of standard elements required to implement and sustain an overall information and data discipline. This role focuses on enterprise information requirements, including design, access, usage, and stewardship. The position provides architectural oversight and governance to products and projects in the information and data domain, defining an enterprise information vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide thought leadership in data management, including master data management, data modeling, governance, quality, and standardization.
  • Facilitate the development of the enterprise information and data strategy to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage, communicate, and market the enterprise information architecture strategy through blueprints, roadmaps, and presentations.
  • Promote and support the elimination of data redundancy and fragmentation by establishing data systems of record (SOR), sources of truth (SOT), and sources of origin (SOO).
  • Continuously improve information and data architecture practices and processes.
  • Lead the development and application of information policies, principles, standards, and governance processes.
  • Maintain awareness of and lead the adoption of emerging IT trends relevant to enterprise information and data architecture.
  • Engage leadership to identify business and technology-enabled innovation opportunities.
  • Analyze the business-IT environment to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve the architecture and solution intent across domains.
  • Deliver Conceptual Data Models, Data Flows, and other Information Architecture deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a role involving large-scale data transformations and modernization.
  • Expertise as an Information Architect with a focus on data modeling is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare and/or PBM industry is a significant advantage.
